Ino was a bully thank-you-very-much, and had powerfully suspected that he'd not know, or care, about the prom.

The prom to which he was going and he was taking her. She'd even bought the tickets--the upside to working the table yesterday was that no one had been able to stop her. So, bullying.

Which would be why she leaned in his doorway, in her dress, and raised her eyebrows at him. And waited.

It took an instant for Ichigo to realise something was up. Like if he were to look up, he was somehow going to be in trouble, which meant that he hesitated a moment longer before he finally peaked over the edge of his manga and he gawked at Ino.

Ino in a dress. A red dress.

"Hi," she said, walking into the room in her heels and resting one hand on her hip. "You look comfy."

"I am," he shouldn't feel like he had just been caught. Why did he feel like that?
