Well, I think bular's sweaters are on back order for the holidays, but you could try here:

This one comes in red, which I DO NOT recommend, as red is liable to make your bird angry, and that can be dangerous, especially if you're giving this to an eagle or a hawk.

You could just make friends with a bird you meet - this way, you could have all of the fun warm fuzzies of bird gift giving and none of the hassles of owning a bird!

but the REAL question, is why does that bird not have any REAL feathers?! his wings (and seemingly his butt) are all the creepy baby feathers, while his head is a beautiful green.
is he sick? is he half baby parrot half adult parrot?
