"Technical virgin" = one who has not engaged in vaginal intercourse.

Because really, the term "virgin" is subjective since there are so many forms of sex (ie - oral sex, anal sex, some people even consider masturbation to be virginity since you are having sex with yourself? hmm, interesting...). So yes, by saying I am a technical virgin, I have pretty much crossed all barriers except for the vaginal intercourse one, which for some reason I have chosen to preserve.

Hmm, so much material for self-analysis here. Hmmm.
