Only Chance to Fold 1/2bouncyballpartyFebruary 14 2010, 19:57:11 UTC
“Augh,” Demyx sulked, slumped against his sitar, the tabletop a good ten stories or so above their heads. They'd just gone through another hidden door in the forest canopy, only to come falling back into the room they started in. Again. “I hate this place.” Saix must've been feeling extra sadistic that morning. 'Eliminate the giant Heartless?' Just who was he freaking kidding here

He flipped it over and made a face as the three of clubs stared back at him from the glossy card. Oh, well, guess I lost.
“Hm, too bad.” Luxord plucked the card back from his fingers, shuffling it back into the deck. Small, satisfied smile on his lips. Wouldn't even be surprised if he cheated. “Looks like Lady Luck just isn't on your side today.”
“Guess not. Hehe. You said something about an exchange, right?” Demyx shouldered off his backpack, flipping it open, clicking his tongue at the meager contents. “All I got is a crapload of Shining Shards, but if you really want 'em, they're yours.”
Luxord pushed his pack away with one hand, stepping curiously close. “That's not the prize I was looking for, actually.” The leather of his gloved fingertips stroked long, slow lines under Demyx's jaw, his eyes almost feral in their intensity. Uh, whoa. “Wait a minute, guy.” Demyx would've stumbled backwards had the leg of the normal-to-their-mini-sized table not been so conveniently placed behind him. “Heh, I-I didn't agree to that

“Why, thank you, sweet prince.” Kairi smiled, taking the offered hand and allowing herself to be hoisted up onto the higher margin of land.
“My pleasure, princess.” Roxas pulled her to him, pressing himself close with his hands on her hips. The sun lay low in the sky and the ocean was growing from bright aquamarine to a darker, almost navy, blue.
Kairi ran her hands lightly down his arms, comfortable. “You're pretty good at this.”
“Hm?” Roxas hummed, nuzzling the side of her neck, his lips kissing just below her ear. He hadn't noticed that he was swaying them back and forth in slow, turning circles. Almost rhythmically, like a deliberate waltz.
“You dance?” Kairi wrapped her arms around his shoulders, touching the light strands of hair at the nape of neck.
He shrugged. “Not really.”
Kairi rolled her eyes, a poor mock of annoyance. “My, what a lively answer.”
Roxas smiled, just a small turn of the corner of his lips. “What, I'm not exciting enough for you, Your Highness

Prompt; Needs.
Post-KHII; all three boys need to be into & involved with each other (rather than Roxas /just/ being into Sora or Riku and vice versa). I don't care about the rating but I'd like for this not to be so epically tragic. What I'd really like to see is someone find a way for this threesome to happen convincingly.
