[ The SFC turns on, and Naoya too, it seems, has opted not to speak. He's not having part in this stupidity, kthx. And so, though you usually get video, you'll only be getting text. ]
... Of all the ludicrous things this place could come up with, I suppose it's decided that torturing us with music once was not enough, clearly. Music in ancient times was almost entirely religious in nature, a spirituality evident in all of its hymns and a respect shown with each note, and with each instrument that was developed to go beside the human voice. And yet, it seems these days, such a meaning has either been utterly lost, or completely distorted to the point that it is nothing more than yet another modernized medium with which money is made by the people who choose to exploit it.
... It is somewhat saddening to see such an old art become so convoluted. Not that I ever much LIKED such ridiculous things as hymns, but it seems the meaning has been lost on quite a good deal of people if it has come to... this stupidity.
[ With a sigh and his ranting done, Naoya takes a moment before finishing this post, and thinks. ]
... We're gathering quite a few newer arrivals of late, it would seem. It makes me wonder how many of you are truly aware of this place, or for that matter, if you care at all that we seem to have had quite a few...disappearances over the course of time here. The question remains, do you believe they go home? Honestly, this is a possibility--we've seen people leave and return, after all. But I highly doubt that is the case with every disappearance.
... I want to hear theories. What is it you believe has happened to those who simply disappear?
[ And that's the end of the post. Naturally, on Naoya's end, all replies will be in text, but feel free to use whatever. ]
