I think the problem is with Sutton Girls, they put a huge emphasis on going to uni and stuff (it makes them look better, for a start), and make it sound as though there is no other option. I found, because it was just kind of expected that we would all go to uni, i didn't even really think about it a huge deal. For what i want to do, i do need to go to uni, but i never really gave a second thought as to why i was just going along with what they were saying. It's wierd.
I can see where Mark's coming from with being pissed about the money thing. My family isn't the most well off in the world, and i've had to work for my own money for years now, i don't just get it given to me, and i wouldn't dream of asking to be leant money by my parents...it does get annoying when a lot of people i know are the total opposite. But i guess, in your defence, you do work and earn some of your own money, which at your age...fair play to you :)
