[ There's not much for him to do but wander around and smile at everyone he runs into. Most don't return the grin, which has brought him down a little. However, when he sees someone he recognizes, his grin comes back and he waves. ]

[Sitting his paper aside, he smiles a bit.]

Hey there Fargo, you're not disturbing me at all~

[ The paper's movement distracts him for a moment, but his attention turns back to Philadelphia and he smiles again. ]

That's good to hear! Say, since I'm not botherin' ya, mind letting me know what ya do for fun around here? I'm gettin' pretty bored, yeah, and I might go stir crazy if I don't, uhm, accomplish somethin'.
