Yea, you don't say. I can't promise you that I'll be all that much help though - at best, I could provide a permanent solution. But I take it you'd prefer otherwise.
::smiles sadly:: Even if I did condone a permanent solution, its not so easy with Shaw. I mean, Erik already killed him once, or so he thought. Shaw's mutation - he turns energy against him into raw force. Any sort of retaliation would only come back on you, magnified.
But we have telepaths, a teleporter. A lot of concerned individuals. If we could attempt some sort of intervention... Everyone's just been shaking their heads and pushing the issue under the table because he's mentally unsound - or so we think. But that doesn't make him any less dangerous - he's just replaced calculating criminal masterminding with erratic and unpredictable violence.
::smiles:: I appreciate the support Emma, really. But you shouldn't have to apologize for his actions.
Is that possible? Specifically targeting those impulses like that? Wow. ::shakes her head in amazement, though surprise and shock has long left the equation:: Its certainly the most preferable solution.
With the fractured state of his mind at the moment it will be difficult, but not impossible. I'd do it myself, but it would be easier if he's unfamiliar with the invading mind.
And you don't think its too dangerous, with how erratic he is right now? I shudder to think what would happen if his mind becomes even more fragmented.
::serious face, because she's tired of playing around with this:: Yes Charles. I need you to do something about the Shaw situation. This has gone on long enough. Even - even Emma agrees at this point!
::breaks the harsh tone with a smile:: As for a race, I'm game. Just don't think you can actually take me ;P
::eyes go wide with shock and hurt:: No!! Charles, of course that's not what I want! And if it was, there'd be a line of people here glad to do it.
No, I don't want you to kill him. But you can curb his violent impulses. ::voice has taken on a flat, chilled edge:: You've had no qualms selectively deleting elements of peoples' minds to protect this mansion in the past, and he's as great a threat as we have right now. Even Emma supports the idea, and I'd wager she'd do it herself at this point except he knows her tricks too well.

There are a few less severe options I'm hoping to try first. But if all else fails - your option is under consideration.

I'm warming to the idea.

*sighs* The easiest solution would be telepathic removal of his violent impulses. Perhaps Charles could consider doing it.

Oh, god, Moira... I'm so sorry. If you need anything... Well, I'll surely try to do my best to help.
And a wheelchair race? *smiles a little* I might just consider it.

Forget the race idea. Maybe some other time.
