A friend posted a link about googling your online name as opposed to your real name. What the hey, right? I tried it with firstcrusader just to see what came out. Oddly enough, my deviantart account is the first result (never mind the fact that I haven't touched the thing in ages. My Twitter account is number 3, then other than a couple of ( Read more... )

They're based out of Spain. The site is registered to one
bitacle@gmail.com. I don't know that I'd actually e-mail this person, who might not even read that account, or who might decide that your email address would be a tasty addition to your profile.

So in short, no, I don't really think you can do anything except hope that Twitter does something about it (you could contact Twitter's staff although they may dismiss you, if enough users start complaining, sometimes sites listen [see: LiveJournal goes free, among others].

Twitter has been emailed. Thanks for that suggestion. What site did you use to find the domain registration? I completely forgot about that possibility.

Any WHOIS site can do it. I forget which I used. Maybe whois.org or something.
