So I decided to put one of these up because well...I wanna know what I can do with Katherine, in relation to your awesome characters!
She's a vampire. And from her universe, as a vampire, she can do a variety of things to influence others.
Here's a quick rundown of what she can do:
Compel: When she makes eye contact with a non-supernatural being, she can pretty much tell them what to do; examples: she can tell a person to say, not remember a certain event, or replace that with another memory. She can compel someone to tell her something (like, if she wants the truth, etc.).
Dream manipulation : Katherine, like most other vampires from TVD universe, can also manipulate and influence another's dreams, including a vampire's; thus, most likely, she is able to influence the dreams of other supernaturals. She basically can make someone dream up whatever she wants, or just put subtle ideas into people's heads; kind of like inception, except less...permanent and result-bearing?
Drinking blood: Well, she is a vampire, so it's all pretty self explanatory. When she 'activates' her vampire side, blood rushes to her eyes, and her fangs protrude.
Basically, all of this really is a case-by-case thing, but below i decided to do a super generic thing. Otherwise, if you wanna plot something with me that has to do with her powers, or like, if you want your character to know what she is, etc, comment here as well. :)

Character Name:
Can Katherine compel your character?: Basically, this would mean that if she thinks your character is hiding something, she will ask for the truth. That type of thing. Minimal stuff.
Possible 'blood donations'?: Really though, any plans for Katherine to bight someone I'd probably discuss with you before hand on a case-to-case kind of thing. :) But just say if it's something you're potentially cool with, plot-wise, etc.
Anything else: If you're interested in plotting something with her. Like if you want your character to find out she's a vampire, etc. Otherwise, it'll just be going by ear. :3
