The little bitty pretty kitty died in my arms this afternoon. She lived a long life; I'm so glad I had the chance to say goodbye. Thank you all for sending your thoughts and kind words.

I cannot say anything that will make it hurt less, but that is the kindest and most humane way for a kitty to go, loved and treasured to the end.

awww...im sorry to hear. a couple years ago an kitty i had adopted, had him for about 4 weeks, he was only 11 weeks old, died in my arms for unknown reasons as we were rushing to vet.
