Poltergeist

The demonic laptop revealed its true paranormal nature last night. As my mother was writing, the computer let out a high pitched beep and proceeded to type by itself. I kid you not. Right in the middle of her document about spiders was the alien phrase ( Read more... )

Yes, that explains everything! We all know that it isn't paranoia if they really are out to get you...and the inclusion of the word Clinton was very bizarre. Makes me wonder what more would have come out had I left it on. From here on, all messages you send home should be encrypted. Just in case.

Seriously, this was the eeriest thing I've seen in quite a while. I'm a little afraid to turn it back on tonight. What if the walls start bleeding, or the lights begin speaking in tongues?

I have a Dell. It works fine.

But, it's true, you probably are being contacted by spirits from the beyond / the NSA / the souls of dead fanfics.

Dead fanfics, oh my! That must be in retaliation for my poking fun at Mary Sues on deleterius...

"From Hell's Heart, I stabbeth thee. For hate's sake, I spit my last breath at thee."
Yes. I am obsessed and know that thing by heart.
"Till the last, I grapple with thee."
LoL. Rambling.

One of the best villainous lines ever.

Glad you made it over. :D

Oh, and how come you sent me TWO replies about X-Men that then mysteriously disappeared?

Jean dies? Er, she's already dead. Cyclops dies? Well, maybe, since James Marsden will only be in a small part of the movie. Mags dies? Plastic bullet? I sincerely doubt it. But I suppose he could die briefly, y'know, in the great tradition of Mags dying and coming back and dying and coming back.

Wolverine and Storm? Huh? What movie was this again?

Tell me about it...

I deleted them. ;) I found the answer to my first question on my own, and for the second, I decided instead send you the entire link instead so that you could enjoy the laughs along with me.

Um... actually, according to rumours (none of which I've been able to verify yet) Jean is not dead. She's supposed to come back as Phoenix. I have the Dark Phoenix saga. If the rumours are true, we should be in for a treat.

Well, since Famke Janssen is supposed to be in the movie, she's there either as a ghost, as a flashback, or as Phoenix, so I guess it's as Phoenix. However, killing her AGAIN does seem a bit much.

As for being in for a treat, I think the recent news regarding the movie suggests otherwise.

Back in the mid 1990s when it because obvious that Slick Willy was quite the amoral trash, a buddy of mine and I used used to discuss him and the Red Queen (you've seen the movie, so you know what I'm talking about) at length, and most times when the actual name Clinton came up, we'd be disconnected.

Now, these were local land line calls and disconnects are almost unheard of.

We became somewhat paranoid, but hell, I'm probably on a lot of lists anyway because of my range of interests.

Later, I discovered I needed a new line from the street to the house (the line in place was probably the first one installed to the house who knows when...) but we had fun with the disconnects while they lasted.

I wish Bill could figure out that he's out of office. He's nearly the pain Jimmy is.

Fun indeed. Had something like that happened in our household, my mother would have forbidden all telephone use until we found "the bug."

Anyone who wastes time monitoring me will be 1) confused 2) disappointed.

If they follow my orders for Asian movies, they'll be even more bewildered.

Who knows what secret formulas you could have encrypted within those so-called films? You could be plotting to poison the president's yogurt covered pretzels.

Maybe you just scream "Ghostbusters" at the top of your lungs and they come running. Like The Batsignal, but in audio.
