Suiseiseki finally arrived

but guess what? That wasn't the only problem I have with this doll. There's like several marks and one newly discovered 'hot pink' mark on the bottom part of the neck joint at the back. Who knows what the heck this seller did to this doll

Actually, my friend just told me Volks no longer exchanges suiseiseki heads for a new one T_____T I am really at a loss at what to do now. She is beautiful but with the way this transaction was handled I dont think I can get my money back even if I wanted a full refund. I have asked the seller for a refund but I don't know if I will get it. She hasn't responded to me yet so

Bad seller is bad, not telling people who are really looking forward to the doll that she's really in a bad condition T.T If it was me I would have flamed her and the situation would turn out badly.

She should've told you the condition the Suiseiseki is in so you shoul've known what to expect T.T kinda makes me want to do bad things to the seller

It was totally a major drama at DoA. Anyway I am glad it is over though I did not get the resolution I wanted, but giving her the negative feedback did make me feel better about it enough to move on.

I'll just have to count it as me being lucky that I had only 1 problem like this so far in my (almost) 5 years of being in this hobby. @o@ And at least I received the doll with no broken parts.. *trying to be positive* :-p
