Forgive me for being frank, but during the times when we were working on the blood tablets, I noticed you had a certain... scent of blood.

I can tell that you are not human. Though I am certain whether or not we are one and the same. Because if we are... then Rido is far more dangerous to you than I originally would have imagined.

Might I ask what led you to this conclusion? Not that I'm dismissing your warning at all... But you're the first person to come up and suggest such a thing, so you can see why I might be a bit surprised.

You may call it... for the lack of a better word, a feeling.

Humans and vampires "feel" different from one another, but you do not fall on either category. I am aware, however, that certain vampires here do not feel the same as they do back home, so I can't be certain.

The only thing I'm sure of is that you are not human.

He has a... certain taste for fresh blood, and I do not think he will be so kind as to cooperate with the provisions of the hospital.

He is as powerful as I am, as he is a pure blood. However, pure bloods have a dangerous power over the other vampires in my world.

Admittedly, I had never tested this power here in the City, but I would not be surprised if Rido were to try and control the City's vampires to do his bidding.

He is also quite insane, and does not really care about anything other than his hunger.

Control them? Purebloods are the source of their vampirism?

I suppose that would be the case. Purebloods are kings of vampires in my world. My great-grandfather at one point, was the leader of the purebloods.

Purebloods have the power over elements too... and they can use their own blood as weapons.

When I think about it... purebloods are really such vile creatures, as we can recover from almost any injury. The only way we could die is by crushing our head or destroying our hearts.
