Indeed I have! I think I shortened it to Coffee Prince. While it's not exactly one of my very favorites (most of my faves are guilty pleasures), I consider it one of the very best k-dramas that I have ever watched.

I was interested because of the plot that he doesn't know the gender of the person he's falling for (like Mulan! lol), but I was afraid it would be homo/transphobic considering Asian culture is as bad as any other when it comes to sensitivity.

It's surprisingly non-offensive, actually! I mean, it still has gay jokes, but not like the typical k-drama where it's over the top. I found the story of the heterosexual man falling for what he thinks to be another man to be fascinating and very well-done, and it actually takes a LONG time for everyone to find out that she's a girl, so the romance is treated entirely as a male/male one from the guy's standpoint (it's after she reveals herself to be a girl that I kind of lost a little love for the drama. Just a little bit, though ( ... )

I don't know if you will see this but I am watching Six Flying Dragons and seeing Kim Myung Min makes me think of you every episode (I am on 9). While I respected him greatly as an actor I never felt attracted to Kim Myung Min..but damn...he is quite attractive in this drama! I do have a thing for facial hair and I love his smile that was never really present in the other 2 dramas I saw him in. Anyways! Hope all is well with you! :D

Hey, so glad to hear from you! I've been pretty absent from LJ, didn't think anyone was still here. Haha, I love that seeing Kim Myung Min made you think of me! I am adoring Six Flying Dragons so much. Didn't think I would since I'm not big on sageuks, but OMG it is so freaking good. KMM has such a large presence in the drama despite not actually being there much (although the last two eps featured him quite a bit more). I love that goofy smile of his, so adorable!

Sorry it took me almost 2 months to respond after you were so awesome as to respond so quickly! I am not on LJ much either. I cam back solely to message you about KMM last time! :D I have been busy and not had much time for dramas lately! I think I am on episode 13 or 14 of Six Flying Dragons. I think he is becoming more main. :D Need to catch up! I hope you had a great Christmas, Birthday, and New Year!
