Don't you hate it when you can't get your mind off something? Or even worse... when it's torn between two things? It's like your body has become part of an internal tug of war game and you just get flustered as you make your next move.

I did my christmas shopping today. I still have to get my supplies together for those pesky goody bags, but I think that I mainly got everyone covered. PHEW i love it when things are on sale.!!!

I feel ALOT better... still sad most of the time, but I smiled today and truely meant it. I've gotten hugs from three very special people, who are quite nice at hugging.

For the past week... I've been unusually distraut. I dont know why. I can't seem to get a grip on it and stop crying.  I can barely get through a single class without having a breakdown. I dont feel sorry for myself... just sad... and it kills me that I dont know whats wrong.
