So I skinned it, the hide still needs defleshing, but its in the freezer until I have good time to do it all in. I had problems with the ears though, I couldn't work out how to turn them out to get rid of the gristle and insert liners, I just cut at the ear and made a mess of it, so annoying, as the ears will just shrivel up and look naff, I don't ( Read more... )
