Over the past few years, I have slowly been indoctrinating myself into the midwest lifestyle. I have an annual fishing trip to the Boundary Waters, I go up to Da Lake most weekends over the summer, I have even caught myself calling carbonated beverages "pop" instead of "soda" (this is by far the most disturbing to me

Oddly enough, I've gone from calling it 'pop' to calling it 'soda'. I'm not even sure that 'soda' is the Ontario word for it. I think that might be entirely a function of too much time on the internet.
