There is no "right way" to grieve. However you are doing it is simply one way to grieve. You better NOT keep quiet unless you really feel that is helpful to you and I am not seeing that it is. Fuck worrying about other people's comfort with your grief! You scream and cry if you need to. You spew your anger and hate if you need to. You do what you need to do and your true friends will be able to see you pain through all of that and stand by you for sunnier days when you feel like coming out to play. *hugs*
