Final papers have been proofread, and printed out. I debated adding some details to two of them, but decided not to... they were interesting points, but I think they would have derailed the focus of the paper. It's a relief to be done

uhm... it hasn't even been a year since you were up here...

and... yes, they are the same bottles you brought up. I've been working my way through them slowly - I wanted to let them age, and save some for special occasions!

i'm not sure if it was a bad batch or if it had aged too long but i had a couple of world wide stouts from dogfish head just go nasty, it was like drinking rotten sugar water.

I opened a bottle last night... your comments worried me, but it was fine. I shared it with a friend, and we both enjoyed it.
