Alright. It's time for some public opinion. Take some time, look them over, tell me what you think.
heres some of the tattoos I'll consider getting done.
The Arbor tree of life. I'll do it in all black, probably scratch design, kind of messy looking. I'll have the inscription "Bomb Hills, Not Countries" underneath it. Those who board understand. It'll go on the backside of my right bicep, below the shoulder. Theres actually two designs I'd consider, this one and the other being the original tree of life. I think arbor has more meaning to me, but the original is cool too.
And on the other arm, same postion, same size, I'll have this celtic circle design with a black shamrock superimposed over it, and in the same text as my arbor logo will read "The Saint of Misfortune" or "The Saint of Defiance" which in gaelic is my name's full translation.
My next idea actually popped into my head a while back when I was referred to as an "angel in demon's disguise" and that kind of stuck with me. This is something along the lines of a duality between them. An unfortunate fuse, always tearing apart. I found this a few days ago, and I really liked this interpretation of that kind of thing.
This is actually the design on my bass strap, but I saw this and I had never considered it until it caught my eye. Its been mulling over in my head for a few weeks. I thought I might as well post it. The fangs would have to go though.
This next one is absolutely sick. I dont know if I'd blend it into the skin like at the top of the design, but how the skulls are fused together gives it that deadly trinity. Its an ok picture, and if you cant see what it is, the third skull had two skeleton hands covering the sides of its head. Speak no evil, see no evil, hear no evil. I might actually rearrange them.
This next one is just fucking hot. you be the judge.
My buddy chester actually emailed me this picture. He had it done somewhere on his arm, and he showed me and I'm considering taking the idea. Nautical star with a superimposed skull. This is one of chester bennington's favorite tattoos.
Ok, next is a design that's sparked my interest to get a collage. this is on a guys leg, and I think it looks pretty badass, with the size and placement, much less the design itself. I think I may get something along these lines now that I've seen something similar.
Satan and His Mistress.
Next is a concept I've been toying with. I'm not sure where I'd put it yet, but the placement on this guys arm isnt bad. Bionic core. It's kind of a small picture, sorry its distorted a bit.

Alright. heres another collage, but this one is a graveyard. It woud be awesome to have this on the other leg, so I could have a graveyard on one leg with the underworld on the other. I hope to god this was a quote that green day heard somewhere and this guy had gotten way before the song or this guy needs to be decked.
Next. I found this and it made me laugh and think at the same time. Hope you get the same effect. You could say its an anti government campaign too.
I think the next two are just a rule. I have to. Way too badass to pass up. I'd have to put them somewhere.
I especially like the placing of Grim on the first picture.

OH MY FUCKING GOD!!! When I got home last night, I checked my emails and responded to one of chesters. I told him about some of the ideas I had yesterday and I scanned a sketch that I did during math class. I emailed it to him, and I guess he was on his computer because I checked my email one more time before I went to bed and he had already responded. He absolutely loved the concept. He said the image of the guy sitting there was a cool concept, but he didnt like the ambiguity of the second image. He gave it to one of his artists and his artist just went and inked it on one of the other artists who had some free space on his arm. The dude absolutely loved it. They put in on club tattoo's picture site and he emailed me back the picture this morning around eight. Hot off the presses, fuckas.
Two more. This is just cute. Its on some gangster's shoulder, representing his daughter who was killed. This guy was actually just on a discovery channel special about tattoos the other day.
