I think my video card on my desktop is going. If there's too much of a load on it, it overheats (and I've taken the card out and cleaned it out with canned air, but the fan seems gummy and I don't know how to clean it) and I lose all the red tones on my monitor. Even when it's not overheating, it tends to give me scrolling lines in the bottom half

Not much :/ turn down details a lot, try and improve airflow in the case...

Is it AGP or PCI-E?
