The problem is, they were perfectly happy with digital submissions before, and this project is as large as another we did have to submit hardcopy manuals for. That other job? Five full binders, each different topics, and counting: we're not

Not really, no. The person who was on the project had to go help his daughter unpack at university, so he called in that they wanted hardcopy. He won't be back until after the 28th, which is when they want the manuals by.
