1. Do not drive to Seattle when there is snow.
2. Do not drive back FROM Seattle when the snow has turned into ice and the roads are more useful for ice-skating than driving.
3. Gravel is nice to drive on when your alternative is the aforementioned ice rink.
4. It takes like ten hours to drive. -_-
