I'm not really sure where it would say that right now, but when Noleweb was first made, he sent an email to a bunch of FSU people. The first article was him explaining that he was from UF, but that he "wanted to establish a commonplace where UF and FSU students could be as one" or something along those lines. If you ask me, he just wanted to party with the 'Noles! He's really funny though, most of his stuff always cracks me up!
