AHHHHH...lemony
Yesterday was a lot of fun. Despite the fact that 90% of our state has been evacuated for a massive hurricane, we went to the pool and layed out. Last night was the best part though. Lori and Lissett went to get manicure/pedicures (Amy and I got ours Friday) Then we met up for dinner. Since there was an hour wait, and Lori and Lissett wanted some booze, we sat at the bar. No kidding, it took WAY over an hour to get our food, and we started getting mad and asked our waitress what was taking so long--THEN SHE BROKE OUT and cried!!!! I felt horrible! So another waitress came and was like, we're so sorry, its just been a bad day, your food will be here soon...SO FINALLY, we got our food. It was really good too. Then the manager came out and was like "So how is everything besides the slow service....We made a little modification of the bill for you". So we are all like WOOHOO!!! When we got the check, all the ass took off of it was MY FREAKING ICED TEA!!!! We had WELL over a $50 bill, so we were still pretty pissed. So, Holly (the new waitress) came back and was like "look I'm pissed so if ya'll want drinks its on the house" SO we were like HELL YA!!! I was afraid I couldn't have one, because we had already been talking to her about how much it sucked that me and amy were underaged, and I played it safe with a daquiri...When she brought it, she was like, oh yeah your under aren't you? But then she was like fuckit, and told me she didn't care. On that note, Lori was like well she [Amy] will take a twisted something or other. I was jealous because it was sooooo good, but my daquiri was good too. At this point we had developed a good friendship with holly, and told her what her ass manager did...SO SHE TOOK OUR CHECK, went to the back and came out and told us our whole meal, DRINKS AND ALL was on the HOUSE!!!!!! It was so cool!!!!!
After dinner, we came back to the house and had some more to drink...I tried margaritas for the first time and I liked them a lot! I also had more daquiris. We decided to watch starsky and Hutch (keep in mind that this was like midnight) and then Lissett's boyfriend came and sat inbetween me and Amy on the couch. (which was awkward enough, especially since I think he hates us...) About halfway through the movie, someone started knocking on the door. I was glad Nathan was here, because he answered it. It turned out to be some guy named Payton who was a "friend of our neighbors"...So, he came right on in and made himself comfy. Now's a good time to mention he was totally trashed. That's when I really started feeling sick, but I didn't want to run away and barf in front of everyone, so I sat there and smothered it in my throat! It was GROSS!!! Nathan left and Lissett went to bed right after the movie, but Payton would not leave-Here's his story-He is a 4.5 year senior majoring in Ex. Phys, he drives a lexus, and his parents are rich, he wants to be a surgeon, HE LOVES his down bed, his parents are rich, he drives a lexus, and he's fairly easy on the eyes....WHO DO YOU think was interested in him???? He was really racking up brownie points until he wouldn't freaking leave!!! It was way after two in the morning, and FINALLY Lori convinced him to let her drive him home. (we couldn't let him drive himself!) So, he gave in, but when she got him home, he started putting the moves on her and asking her to come in....So, turns out he's no better than any other guy...A big jerkhead creep...Either way, he helped make it quite an interesting evening...
Well, I hope everyone else is having a lot of fun! We (me and amy) are having fun, and I'm not quite to the I'm gonna kill you mode, so that's good...I hope to see you all in Tallahassee sometime, especially since you all have to pass right through it going to and fro school and home.
