Jenna wants to take a summer long break and just pick things up where we left them in sept. I cant do that, i cant just throw all my feelings aside until later. everything sucks alot. Im thiking of getting a new job, i really enjoy this one with the people and such, but i cant stand the drive and waiting every day. Get up at 7 and get to work at

You've run into a sad and simple truth of life... complication in life increases as you get older. As you become more involved with the world around you it becomes, sometimes, more difficult to feel "happy". I'm actually a big proponent of seeking balance as opposed to happiness. I still feel that if someone were happy all the time you'd be as tempted to lock 'em up as someone who is always sad. Read my much earlier LJ entry on this matter if you're interested in my thoughts on happiness, depression and balance. One way or another, once you've eaten of the apple, there is no going back to your former ignorant, but perhaps happier, self. I'm sorry things aren't going the way you'd like in your relationship. I wouldn't be able to handle that kind of relationship either. Things will work out... one way or another.
