I am back from my first SPN con ever! It was pretty exciting! I am kind of exhausted and running on fumes now, but if I don't type all of it out now, I won't remember a damned thing by tomorrow. (the people who can listen and tweet at the same time are kind of amazing. I tried and failed miserably.)

( ramble-y bits; written mostly for my own sake because, otherwise, this weekend will just be a blur in my mind! no specific spoiler, but there is a brief mention of 7x03 )

I know, right? At those big conventions, like Comic Con, I think males outnumber the females? But for these show/book/whatever-specific cons, especially with Supernatural and the way the convention seems to almost be targeted at female fans, I would've expected way less guys at the convention (or more casual-fan!guys -- some of the dudes were totally hardcore fanboys!)

I do have a Samulet! :D I have sufficiently disguised it so I can wear it in public. ;D

Haha, no orange juice and donuts questions! Clif made it clear that he wasn't going to answer questions about Jared and Jensen, so he actually received some interesting and reasonable questions (aside from one or two ladies who were obvious flirting with him :S :S)

No, but I think I have photos of him and other cosplayers on my phone? :D;;

Haha, no, they're not sneaky pictures! cantarina1 went up to them with my phone to take the photos. I'm uploading a few videos right now, but I can send you the phone pictures later.

Is it bad that I skimed this post looking for every time you name-dropped me? PROBABLY. But I was also there for %99 of it as it happened, so WHATEVER.

The way to do Sunday is definitely first-round preferred seating! Agreed. I will read this properly later.

ps I slept eleven hours last night XDD Although at least I do remember turning the alarm off at eight?

Hah, I think you weren't around for, like, only one paragraph (the one where you ditched the SPN viewing partyyyy)

I just spent, like, half an hour watching videos of the J2 breakfast panel and braiding my hair. :> I think maybe I should share the J2 panel audio recording somewhere public? I realized as I was watching the breakfast panel that I really wished someone had a full recording! The videos were awesome, but it often cut off when the guys were saying something interesting.

I didn't go to bed until 1:30am last night, so I didn't get much more than nine hours of sleep. Maybe I'll nap during the day. :>

I'm so glad you had a good time! :D And I SO know what you mean about seeing J2 live. Outside I was sitting somewhat calmly in my seat but inside was 'HOLY SHITTTT JENSEN AND JARED AND JARED AND JENSEN AND LGKDLGKK!!!' lol

Yay for karaoke! Glad to hear you did end up going, even for just a bit. It's really fun, right? :D

I was mostly glad that I got to see Matt live since I'd missed his panel. ;D Watching the actors goof around on stage and singing along was awesome!
