Writer's Block: Grimm Question

Maybe this is a bit stereotypical, but I don't care. It also doesn't answer the prompt (exactly).

My favorite story as a child (and I certainly treated it like a fairy tale) was Journey to the West. Why stereotypical? Well it was written to be fairly simple, so it's been a Chinese kids classic for... well centuries. I think since the Tang dynasty

More importantly - how did you find me? Is your LJ mostly for your fiction writing?

I guess, what I'm trying to say is, I'd like to know something more about you before we become LJ friends.

I found you through a book community....I would say a lot of my journal is for writing, I tend to get bored when I start to post about my life even though I do it when I have nothing else to say. I suppose since I initiated I can add you and then you can decide whether to add me back.
