... sooo yeah. Quick question. Who knows how to actually make American style barbecue here? I've got two mindless brats telling me they want hamburgers and hot dogs and hell if I know to work with a grill or make barbecue sauce or anything like that. Flame broiled, yeah that I can do but I'm not too keen about the idea of grilling. If I wanted to ( Read more... )

Might as well make it a show and tell then! You got time right now?

The barbecue sauce should be at the store already for you to use. As for the actual cooking, you need only to put in some charcoal and set a match on it to get it to work. The rest shouldn't trouble you.

That simple huh? I guess I could try to use something store bought and cheat out of the 'home made' sauce shiz. Although I'm not too sure if there are any charcoal at the house but matches won't be a problem. I guess I can use left over wood or something from winter.

Now the last problem is actually cooking it. Like for how long and how many and stuff like that.

It's really not hard. Charcoal should be available at the store as well, if you bother to look.

How many depends on how hungry your children are. How long is relative: just cook it until it's no longer pink on the inside.

Let's just say hungry enough that I want to learn how to do this quickly just so they can shut up about it. And not give me those creepy soul sucking eyes either.

I don't cook and these drone kids are telling me to cook this stuff. I think I've hit a road block here.

If all else fails, just turn the grill on low and cook it your meat until it looks done on the outside and inside...

That sounds easy enough. So just basically let it sit there then.

Seeing how I really don't do much cooking, I don't mind getting all the help I can get.
