i must admit that my comment was a bit hasty, shitbag neighbor had difficulties with another animal, and overreacted to my dog. Also said neighbor will take care of dog's wound. In conclusion neighbor is not so illegitimate as originally thought but still a bit heinous. thanks for the love.
