Orihime-san can do that kind of thing. She's busy lately, but I know she'd be happy to help if it's for something important.

Then, also... I don't know whether she would want me to mention it, but in Kurotsuchi-fukutaichou's division, they have a kind of regenerative medicine that can even grow back large sections of the body... she might have some, or know how to make it.
