Dwarf woman costume

Here is a picture of the dwarf woman costume I'm starting to make.  You may recognize the dress.  In the first Hobbit movie, there is a scene where the dwarfs are fleeing Erebor.  There is one dwarf woman who is running along in the front of the crowd wearing a teal dress, trimmed with jacquard and fur, that she is holding up in order to run faster
