I think it's an embaressment to this country that it has no universal health care. The wealthiest nation on earth has a healthcare system that is so screwed up and so exclusive that many of its inhabitants live in fear of treating their medical problems

Speaking of conflicting motivations, it's somewhat unfortunate that my paycheck comes from skimming off the top of the river of money that is poured into the monetary morass that is health care.
