Stick with it. Over the years I've had about four sticking spots. Weight categories that my body loved to stay at. It took forever to bust through each of those. But I did, so it's possible. I just look at the weight-loss/fitness goals as a journey where you constantly have to jump over small hurdles. Every now and then you get to a big honking wall instead of a hurdle and you have to figure how to get over it before continuing.
