Not planning on DC this year. Kinda expensive but who knows - some friends have threatened to kidnap me and force me to crash in thier room - Oh shucks!! :)!

The elliptical is great if you have knee issues, I had a terrible knee injury 7 years ago and pretty soon after my physical therapy was over I was able to do the elliptical & it's the only one I use still because it's so low/almost no impact.

I was a bit concerned about the discomfort in my knee when I first started but I did find it easier the longer I did it and no pain or heat the next day encourages me to keep trying it. I really do like it a bit better than the treadmill - I seem to feel more "worked out" afterward.

I love the icon too. I have a reproduction of the scuplture from the Acropolis that the painting was made from on the wall of my bedroom - right next to the mirror. It was perfect for my "workout" icon.
