Thanks to everyone for providing answers to the survey questions. I think they revealed interesting patterns for each person. The goal of these posts is to make us more self aware concerning our patterns and behaviors. It also helps us see what works for others and what challenges others have in order to lend us realistic perspectives

I'm overall pretty happy with my results. I would like to be a tad harder, but that would require that I drop all special treats and fun nibbles. I've thought long and hard about it and I'm not really willing to live that way. I enjoy my treats and will accept the given results.

As for my exercise, I'm not very consistant. I just need to get better at making myself get up and go. I'm better at it than I was a month ago, but I'm still not where I want to be.
