On a somewhat tangential but not entirely unrelated topic, I utterly hate when perfect strangers tell me to "smile!"

I've just started responding to those people by telling them flat out that the expression on MY face is none of THEIR business. Or that they're being rude. Or both.

They are, always, gobsmacked into silence (so far, anyway).

Is this, perhaps, A Psychologist Who May Be Helpful? I only had one of those, but one was all I needed.

Well, I may be in need of another one now, so, it's arguable. But I got through high school with that psychologist!
