Have you called the job folks back? Don't be afraid to nag them - I'm serious. There are so many working stiffs in SC, it can only help your case to be proactive. I'm sorry to sound like my mother, here (and I do). But call them.

In this case, it's very much a "don't call us, we'll call you" sort of deal; however, it was implied to me that I could expect to hear back from them. Granted, they also told me that that might take until sometime in February...additionally, I am astoundingly bad at making formal telephone calls. :P
