new running goals

so as you may all remember, my goal was to run a marathon before i graduated FIU. check.

since then i ran marine corps (october 2005) and brought my time from 5:12 to 4:17.

im going to run the frederick, md marathon on april 30, with a goal of finishing in 3:45.

im going to train dilligently in harsh summer conditions, and then run chicago ( Read more... )
