Yesterday was kinda scary for me health-wise. On my way home from work my hands got tingly then they went numb... then the numbness spread into my forearms. I felt very shaky and my heart began pounding... then I started having trouble breathing. I turned the AC on max and it seems to help my breathing and how hot I had become. I made it home

omg girl! i hope you don't have diabetes...if anyone we know should have it, it's me (because of my horribly sugary diet and stuff). i hope other things have been going well with you. take care,
