everytime I think of it, hear the name, or see a picture... It bring me back 2 steps. I get full of resent, and hate. I'm the one who's just suppose to "understand" I guess, whatever, I'll go to sleep upset and pissed off, and I guess thats Ok

Ive found that regret,while serving as a lesson is still a pretty negative emotion to have,and when you let go of it all things you learned from them finally start to solidify and manifest in the best way possible.
