i will admit that i do not know much about god, the trinity, or anything that has to do with religion. i don't pretend to be educated about that..
but i will make a nice long comment about "after all, when man and woman get married they become "ONE"".. FALSE
a man and a woman will never work out if they are two halves joining together to become a whole. this means that each half of the relationship are weak on their own, that thye are not complete, that they are not living human beings capable of surviving on their own. a marriage will only work if a man and a woman can each SURVIVE on their own and desire to grow TOGETHER, each as a separate whole, but blossoming (no, this does not mean puberty) together. therefore, when man and woman get truly married, they become a pair who learn from eachother and enjoy the company of eachother, but never forget to enjoy the company of themselves (no, this does not mean masturbation).
I think the statment of a man and woman become "one" is encompassing to your points... when a man is a whole, and a woman is a whole, you they get married to become "one". and in this case, the biblical view of what a marriage should be. a man should be whole, and be able to survive on his own, and a woman should be able to be a woman on her own. therefore making them right to become "one". OBVIOUSLLY a 2 people don't physically become one, but they "join" and to get married.
BUT!!!
the whole point of even saying this is.......if there are TWO entities. a pair as you stated, can be viewed as a "marriage" or "to join". Then it shouldn't be hard to understand how 3 beings equal one god.
