[The first thing the lovely residents of Somarium might notice is flailing. But not just any flailing, legitimate “I’m an idiot” flailing. It’s a simple enough device. This guy has a phone back home. It’s not this phone, but he’s not inept to the technology.

What is this thing? It’s not my phone… is it? It didn’t look like this when I woke up! Well… when I woke up at home. In my bed and… not on the floor.
[A slightly nervous laugh, before his eyes widen.]
All my photos are gone! And my contacts. Everything.
[As if that’s a big deal. Like, a bigger deal than his current surroundings and where the hell he might actually be. It’s then when he notices the red flash.]
Oh, this thing's on? [Have a small, derpy smile.] Um… I’d like to know where I am?
[He takes a moment to adjust his hat; his smile grows a little wider.]
