Congratulations on 50!! I had such high hopes... but I've been a terrible slacker since term began. Perhaps in 2007... I also like the idea of not putting the entries into memories, as it detracts from the amount of work needed done on the moderator end of things. I woefully neglected adding things to memories, as well, as it took so very loooong.
"To be brutally honest, I felt a little uninformed in the beginning of the book. Mr. Gaiman didn't bother to give character descriptions until the story was well on its way, and it made it difficult for me to get into the story.
By the middle of the book, I was solidly following the tale. I was totally invested by the end, and Mr. Gaiman pulled many rabbits out of the hat for my amusement.
I thoroughly enjoyed the last third of the book. There were enough twists and turns and intersecting plot lines to please the most demanding reader."
Glad to know I wasn't the only one to find the beginning of the story a bit shaky. The end certainly made it for it, though.
