i just realized i hadn't posted in over a year. i do read it here regularly though...it's a tough holiday. miss my family so much. lost my kitty. getting another one (rescued, yay). the weight loss was at a standstill for quite awhile. revamped things and hopefully it will continue. went vegan and then now am "mostly" vegan=) i am eating some eggs
