I remember three separate campaigns that attempted to declare movies "Pixar's First Flop."
1. The Incredibles, because it did not end up doing bigger box office than the film before it.
2. Wall*E, because it started off mostly silent and kids "will never sit through that."
3. Most especially Ratatouille, which got to 200M slower than the rest. People were especially apoplectic about this one, wanting so desperately for it to fail that they discounted actual facts to "prove" this was a failure. Much of the whole stink is documented here.
