today was newsradio day.....ALL DAY LONG. kobe bryant's accuser was today's Impact topic on bill o'reilly's daytime show. the woman testified this afternoon in a pre-trial hearing about her sexual history; the judge in the case will decide whether her testimony will be admissible at trial under Colorado Rape Shield Laws.
