Sylvarant and Tethe'alla.

Is it really possible for two worlds to exist in the same place, completely in the dark about the other one even being there?

T-Tethe'alla and Sylvarant . . . ?

Er. You wouldn't happen to come from the moon, would you, Lloyd?

The moon? Nah.
But we actually made the same mistake in thinking that Tethe'alla was the moon... Sheena said Tethe'alla was the name of the other world.

That's um, odd. Those are the names of Aselia's moons. I suppose some things must have gotten mixed up in the years between us.

So what's all this about two worlds? I've never heard of a phenomena like this before.

I'm not really sure, but there was this assassin out to stop Colette-- her name was Sheena. Fujibayashi... or something?

Anyway, she told us the reason she was after Colette was because she came from another world, Tethe'alla, and that if Colette completed her journey and saved Sylvarant, then things in Tethe'alla would go backwards - mana would run out and things would start to die.

Two worlds? In the same place, at the same time?!

Althena couldn't even bless all of Lunar with her power! If what you say is true... whatever god or goddess reigns over your home, th-they must be really, REALLY powerful...

Yeah. Well, that's the way I heard it anyway.

Really powerful, huh? Then was this Martel's doing, or someone else's...? Hmmmmm... I shoulda paid more attention in class.

Who's Martel? Is she a goddess?

A goddess or a tree spirit or someone's sister... Dunno which one it is anymore, but we had a temple dedicated to her back in Iselia. I think she's a goddess.

Yeah, it doesn't really make a whole lotta sense, but, maybe it's true.

I don't really get it. How does it work?

I dunno all the details, but apparently it works kinda like an hourglass. When one world's green and healthy, the other one starts to have problems, mana starts to disappear, and then the Chosen of that world has to go on a journey to save everyone. Then the process reverses.
