well, if you read the law, you'd know that it doesn't say anything about buying. it says about selling. a minnesota business cannot sell a flag made outside of the us. minnesota residents can still buy flags made anywhere, whether it be online, from a neighboring or other state, or from a MN store that breaks the law. the customer doesn't get in trouble, the business gets fined
( ... )
God forbid someone you know gets hurt buy stupid laws, but complete strangers? Ah fuck em! I don't know em, so I don't care!
You sir, are a disgusting human being, and I almost regret ever aligning myself with you.
Since you don't have a problem with this law, you obviously don't have a problem with people getting fined over it, or going to PRISON over it, or even killed!
That is subhuman to me. At this moment, I can't think of you as possibly being a lower person.
And all of this, over selling a fucking American flag being it not been made in this stupid, crazy, idiotic country.
This is the shit you have to fight because it can only get larger. American car parts sold being only made in this country? Items with the flag on them? What the fuck Justin?! I thought you were smarter than this, but I guess you are just a selfish mother fucker.
first things first, your language is way too harsh for such a silly little thing. also, resorting to personal attacks really takes away most of the credibility of what you actually have to say. so, in the future, i would avoid those things if you want your opinions to be taken more seriously.
that said, people getting hurt is bad, but the most that will in practice happen is a $2000 fine for a business. that's relatively not a lot.
some of your statements are blatantly disregarding what i said. i have a problem with this law: it's stupid. i just think there are more important things. heaven forbid i have different priorities than you, right?
i don't see more laws being made. i don't see it going anywhere. if things change, i'd gladly do what i could to stop things, but at the present moment it doesn't matter. hell, it's not even in effect yet.

But it did.
Now look at where this country is. The constitution doesn't mean shit, and the president couldn't care less about taking our freedoms away.
